This week's poser is taken from the Records of Local Courts in Scotland, and comes from the Judicial rentals of the Barony Court of Callendar, 1717 (National Records of Scotland, RH11/10/1, page 30).
The handwriting is neat. Watch out for the clerk's letter d and the way years are written (jaj dates).
