This week's poser is an extract from the register of the Scottish Treasury (National Records of Scotland reference E7/6, p220) concerning payments to be made to petitioners.

There clerk's hand has many flourishes and this causes interference in neighbouring lines. Note also the use of punctuation marks which are different from the norm today, for example, the colon to emphasise a date mark a number his capitals. Be careful with the th ligature, for example in the last word on line 7.
