This week's poser is is taken from the High Court of Justiciary Minute Books - Old Series, 1652-1655 (National Records of Scotland, JC6/4 folio 97 recto).

This is the start of the indictment of 8 February 1654 against Robert Fleyming in Kilbryd, who was charged with deforcement. Deforcement was the crime of resisting messengers or other officers, while they were employed in executing the law. Such cases occur frequently in the High Court records. The main problem facing you this week is contracted words. Please note the in this poser the letter 'yogh' has been transcribed in two different ways. In line 5 we have transcribed the yogh with a 'y' ('yeirs'). Normally the letter yogh is transcribed by the letter 'z' as transcribed in line 1.

This week's question: can you identify all 7 contracted words?
